Wednesday: 5am, 8:30am, 9:30am4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Thursday: 5am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 5am, 8:30 am, 9:30am4:30pm, 5:30pm

Saturday: 9:00 am -Community WOD
