Stephanie Smith – Coach
Stephanie Smith is a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She has been in the fitness industry since 2009 and CrossFitting since 2010. She earned her NASM-CPT and worked as a Personal Trainer/Group Training Coordinator at Lifetime Fitness for 3 years. She found CrossFit and had a love/hate relationship with it till she finally realized that the physical results were unmatched from any other training she had done. She loves the physical and mental challenges that CrossFit brings and most of all the community.
Her athletic background includes 13 years of Soccer and lots of running! She has participated in various charity runs/WODS, including the Houston Half Marathon. Stephanie is married to fellow coach, Kyle Smith, and balances her personal life as a wife and mother to their Daughter Charlie.
Stephanie believes CrossFit is about transformation, community, & sport. She loves showing people what they are capable of and empowering people to create a healthy lifestyle. She hopes to inspire others to reap the benefits of functional training in their everyday activities.
